The ageing process, sun exposure, smoking and excessive frowning or smiling can cause the skin to become wrinkled and lined.

To obtain a more youthful appearance Laserase Croydon can offer treatments with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), long pulsed Nd:YAG and Er:Yag laser systems. A combination offers optimal results since no one system can remove all wrinkles or signs of aging.

Skin rejuvenation is performed using a long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser and intense pulsed light (IPL) system in combination. The short wavelength intense pulsed light system produces broadband light, which can eliminate superficial signs of aging, including freckles, broken capillaries, rosacea and age spots. The long wavelength Nd:YAG laser treats wrinkles in the deeper layers of the skin.

For deeply etched wrinkles we recommend laser skin resurfacing using an Er:YAG laser. These advanced high power lasers removes the upper layers of skin revealing the fresher skin beneath.
